What You ll Be Doing: Acting as the go-to HR expert across the business, advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle Implementing and optimising HR systems and processes to support scalability and compliance Supporting leadership with talent, performance and engagement initiatives Ensuring smooth onboarding, policy development and day-to-day HR operations Helping to build a strong culture as the business grows What We re Looking For: A confident, standalone HR professional with a proven background in a fast-paced, professional services environment Strong HR systems knowledge implementation experience is a big plus A hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach Comfortable managing change and building structure where needed CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable ..... full job details .....
