We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team where inclusion, individual progress and student wellbeing are at the heart of everything.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Develop and deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student''s unique needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists, SENCO) to support development.
• Monitor and assess students'' progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Foster independence, confidence and self-esteem in every learner.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.
• Has a deep understanding of a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD).
• Demonstrates creativity, patience and resilience in their teaching approach.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Is an excellent communicator and team player.
