Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed. Help with meal preparation and medication administration, following care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks. Drive clients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their transportation needs are met. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to address any concerns or needs.
