Purpose To carry out assigned work to established quality standards and within required timeframes. To lead and support team members in delivering this work, ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety standards at all times, including providing training where required. The role involves maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean working environment, ensuring equipment is serviceable and calibrated, and managing stock levels of consumables and parts to meet production needs. The postholder will also be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, both paper and electronic, and leading communication and improvement initiatives to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
