As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision, working with a dedicated team using the latest equipment to ensure high-quality standards. Duties:

- Repairing and replacing damaged panels to the highest standard
- Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
- Supporting workshop colleagues in delivering seamless vehicle repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating closely with the paint and finishing teams for optimal results

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater
- Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently within deadlines
