They are actively reviewing CVs and are prepared to offer up to 70,000 + package for the right individual.The RoleAs Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of fit out and refurbishment projects.You will be commercially aware, detail-focused, and confident managing the full tender process from initial enquiry through to final submission.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentationProducing take-offs and accurate quantificationsObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsSupporting negotiations and client meetingsAssisting with handover to delivery teamsWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as an Estimator within fit out or constructionStrong understanding of refurbishment and interior projectsAbility to manage multiple tenders simultaneouslyStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsProficiency in estimating software and ..... full job details .....
