This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters while benefiting from a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.Responsibilities as a Real Estate Solicitor: Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.Handling landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences.Supporting property development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.Conducting title investigations and providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts.Working closely with colleagues across departments to support cross-disciplinary matters.Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
