The Commercial Manager will play a key role in overseeing the commercial and cost management of major construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio of estates developments.The RoleAs Commercial Manager - Capital Projects, you will lead the commercial and financial management of a multi-million-pound capital delivery programme.
