Plot Sales Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Manage a busy caseload of plot sales from instruction through to post-completion. Coordinate and issue legal documentation and sales packs within client deadlines. Handle enquiries from purchasers solicitors promptly and professionally. Ensure timely contract exchanges and efficient completions. Maintain ongoing communication with developer clients and other parties. Draft and revise legal documents with precision and adherence to compliance standards. Open, manage, and close client files in line with anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.
