We have a fabulous opportunity for candidates with admin, audit or credit control experience, looking to break into the travel sector! Following another record-breaking year and with exciting plans for continued growth, our client, an award winning cruise company are expanding their team and are now looking for Admin Experts to support their ongoing success. So, if you are a proven team player, with the ability to work independently, possess a can-do attitude with a methodical and positive approach towards all tasks and can demonstrate best practices and flexibility at all times, then we d love to hear from you! This is an office based/hybrid role in Ayr and our client can offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including Private Healthcare, educational opportunities and discounts on personal holidays. Working hours are Mon Sat 9am 5.30pm on a full time basis (a day off in the week if a Saturday is worked.) If this role is of interest to you, please apply online. Role of Cruise Admin Expert: Booking Confirmations: daily quality checks, process previous days bookings and send confirmation to client. Tickets: Ensure all tickets are issued within agreed timescales. Costing Queries: take on initial investigation and resolution of all costing queries from finance. Mailbox management: prioritising and managing mailbox workflow on a daily basis. Diary Management: manage and action daily diary entries, prioritising where necessary.
