This independent practice near Clapham Common is looking for an experienced small animal vet to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.This is an experienced team of 2.5 Vets, 3 RVNs, an SVN, and 3 VCA''s. The Practice Owner has over 35 years of experience in the industry and bought the surgery in 1996. The Vets have over 60 years of combined experience and have interests in dentistry and ultrasound.The team may be small, but their hearts are large. They believe pet care is more than just about caring; it''s about strengthening the bond between the pet, its owner, and the vet.The team is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with good imaging skills, ideally with a medical bias. You should be a competent surgeon, with good dentistry and ultrasound skills, and an interest in case work-up to a high standard. The role primarily involves consulting and case work-up, with routine surgery responsibilities.The ideal candidate must be passionate about listening, caring, and collaborating with clients and the team. Confidence in your abilities and experience in sole charge work are essential, as there will be periods of sole charge.The team offers autonomy in decision-making to improve systems, processes, and client engagement. You will be actively involved in the practice''s direction and development.
