Interim Group Financial Reporting Accountant - 3-6 Months- Watford (Hybrid)- Circa £400 Per Day - ACA/ACCA OverviewWe are supporting on the recruitment of an Interim Group Financial Reporting Accountant to support the Group Financial Controller during a group year-end reporting process for a duration of 3-6 months. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of group statutory consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRSSupport the delivery of group statutory year-end reporting, including preparation of financial statements and disclosuresAct as a key point of contact for external auditors, managing queries and ensuring a smooth audit processReview and challenge submissions from international entities to ensure consistency and accuracyEnsure compliance with IFRS standards and internal reporting policiesAssist with technical accounting matters and provide guidance across the groupSupport continuous improvement of reporting processes and controlsRequired Experience and Qualifications:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA)Trained within a Top 10 audit firm (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG or equivalent)Proven experience in group financial reporting within industryStrong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidationsExperience managing or supporting year-end auditsAble to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience within a multi-entity / international group structureInterim Group ..... full job details .....
