Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pakistani Cuisine Chef to prepare authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in traditional cooking techniques, spices, and regional specialties, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes such as biryani, karahi, nihari, kebabs, and curries Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes Develop and update menus featuring regional Pakistani specialties Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating in a timely manner Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed Train and supervise kitchen staff when required Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment Adapt recipes to meet dietary requirements where necessary Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Creativity and passion for culinary excellence Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Experience Experience working in a Pakistani restaurant or South Asian kitchen ..... full job details .....
