A thriving and forward-thinking primary school in Reading is looking to appoint a talented Year 1 Teacher from September 2026. Working alongside experienced colleagues and skilled support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring pupils make strong academic and personal progress throughout the year.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1. Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for primary education are essential.
