As a Senior Tax Manager, reporting to the Head of Tax, you''ll play a pivotal role in providing tax compliance and advisory services across multiple business units. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to regulatory reporting, and help shape a small but high-impact in-house tax function. Key Responsibilities: Provide tax advice on new business initiatives, projects, and transactions.Oversee outsourced corporate tax compliance and review reporting outputs.Manage tax provisions and support IFRS, regulatory, and US GAAP reporting.Collaborate across the business to proactively manage tax risk.Identify process improvements and enhance governance in the tax function. Essential Skills and Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, ideally in a financial services environment.Experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory - in-house or practice.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
