Plan, manage, and oversee offshore projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement across projects.Project Planning and Execution: Ensure projects are executed in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, meeting HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule, and Client Satisfaction goals. Plan, manage, and oversee the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects in accordance with Cadeler''s PMM.Stakeholder and Team Management: Lead or participate in internal and external project meetings. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. Support, coach, and mentor team members to ensure knowledge sharing and development.Financial and Contractual Oversight: Monitor all project-related expenses, supplier performance, and ensure optimal value from suppliers (engineering, fabrication, mobilization, logistics, etc.). Deliver client contractual obligations where reasonable and within control, while tracking project performance against contracts. Review and monitor the project DPR, identifying and addressing any contractual disagreements.Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify, assess, and manage potential risks to project success. Capture and disseminate best practices across projects, vessels, and departments. Ensure WIV personnel, shore base, and management are informed about upcoming projects. Contribute to Cadeler''s management system and drive process improvements across operations.To Succeed In This Role

Educational and Technical Skills: BSc or MSc in engineering or an equivalent degree.Communication and IT Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Project and Financial Management: Experience with procurement processes, budget management, and preferably APM/PMI.org PMP certification (or similar).Job details
