The Role:As a multi-trade you will cover most aspects of property maintenance, this will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance to void (empty) Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.The multi-trade takes ownership of work, aiming for ''First time Fix'' on all jobs, operating within the company Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters.Who we are:We provide more than 13,000 affordable homes in local authority areas across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.Our residents are our number one priority, which is why our main strategic purpose is to help people flourish.
