Residential Property Manager - West London

We’re looking for a

Residential Property Manager

to join a well-established independent property company with over 60 years of experience in the London market. Based minutes from Oxford Circus, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplined team managing a diverse portfolio across central and west London.

The Role

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that landlords’ investments are well-maintained, compliant, and delivering the best possible service. Day-to-day, you’ll:

Manage, inspect, and maintain a residential portfolio across LondonEnsure compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, HHSRS checks and arrange works when requiredCarry out regular property inspections and issue detailed reportsUpdate tenancy and property records using systems such as CFP, Reapit, Fixflo, and TDSManage end-of-tenancy deposit releases, including handling disputes through TDSKeep accurate records of keys and property access

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 12 months’ residential property management experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail with written and spoken English to a high standardProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)ARLA qualification (or the ambition to achieve Level 3) would be a plusExperience using CFP, Fixflo, or Reapit also beneficial
