As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs

• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

• Use strategies to support behaviour and promote positive outcomes

• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
