Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors, you''ll provide Principal Designer and CDM advisory services from project inception through to completion, ensuring compliance, managing risk and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. With the introduction of the Building Safety Act and evolving Building Regulations requirements, this role offers an excellent blend of traditional CDM duties alongside Building Regulations Principal Designer responsibilities.
