Legal Cashier (Hybrid) Bristol - £23.5k - £28k + benefits Our client is a well-established Law firm based in Bristol, they are currently looking to recruit an Legal Cashier, you will be supported in your role by an Apprentice Accounts Assistant. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts function. Your duties will involve maintaining cashflow, checking supplier invoices, monitoring expense claims, checking/approving invoices, overseeing residual balances, dealing with queries, and providing management reports when required. Responsibilities and Duties: Day to day processing and auto reconciliation of the Client and Office accounts in line with SAR and VAT regulations. Ensuring all daily work is dealt with accurately and efficiently as per the daily work schedules set to include Client Receipts and Payments, Office Receipts and Payments, Billing, Supplier and Nominal Ledgers, checking Completion Packs and end of day balancing and reporting. Ensuring all processes are followed as per the workflows produced. Running any Accounts reports that are required. Administration of the online banking system. Ensure work issues or problems are dealt with immediately and reported to the Accounts Manager. Answering all telephone calls without delay and dealing with staff queries. Ensuring compliance with the firms policies and procedures. Experience Required: AAT or similar qualifications preferred.
