Principal People are currently working on behalf of a leading UK Distributor who are part of a FTSE 250 Group. The organisation are looking for an Interim Head of Health and Safety on a 3-6 month contract. This hybrid role will be based near to Northampton with travel to UK remits alongside homeworking. This is to be working as part of a progressive organisation and they are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively at all levels. Offer overall team support and management Follow the current HSE roadmap for the business within this period Manage a small team of direct reports Keep to business compliant for health and safety Managing health and safety forums Act a lead for technical health and safety advice for the business.
