This position provides mentorship and support to junior staff, serving as botha clinical expertand rolemodel. The CNM ensures that the highest standards of care aremaintainedthrough rigorous monitoring of both personal and team clinical competence. This role also involves responsibility for fostering development initiatives, implementing evidence-based practices, and deliveringa qualityservice to patients, their families, and other stakeholders. The Ward Manager is responsible formanaging daily operations within the Orthopaedics ward , adhering to budgetary guidelines, and meeting workforce planning objectives.
