Overview and Responsibilities SENCo - Severnside Location:?Berkeley, Gloucestershire Actual Salary:? £19,749.60 - £29,539.20 (M1-UPS2) + £3,000 welcome bonus Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days - Tuesday-Thursday) Aurora Severnside is a bespoke school for 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs, having taken the best elements of a mainstream school and the best elements of a special school to create an environment where young people can achieve their own goals and thrive in a future of their own choosing. The Role Severnside School is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCo to lead our SEND provision and play a key role in ensuring every pupil receives the personalised support they need to flourish. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and child-centred specialist setting, where collaboration, inclusion and ambition drive everything we do. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, developing and maintaining outstanding SEN provisionManaging the Annual Review process and ensuring accurate, up-to-date SEND recordsSupporting staff to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching and interventionsTracking and interpreting progress data to inform provisionWorking closely with therapies teams, parents and Local Authority colleaguesDelivering SEND CPD and sharing best practice across the schoolModelling excellent SEN teaching with a ..... full job details .....
