This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor who enjoys a varied workload, autonomy, and the flexibility of remote working while still being hands on with a diverse range of projects. The Role You will be involved in a broad mix of professional and project based work, supporting clients across residential, commercial, and public sector portfolios. From building surveys and defect diagnosis to refurbishment projects and technical reporting, this role offers genuine variety and the chance to develop your expertise across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities Undertake a wide range of building surveys, including condition surveys and measured surveys Carry out building pathology assessments and diagnose defects Support and manage project work, including refurbishment and remedial schemes Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and recommendations Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project delivery Assist with planning, specification writing, and contract administration Produce drawings and technical details (CAD skills beneficial) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Skills ..... full job details .....
