Delivering complex civil, geotechnical and geoenvironmental schemes across development, healthcare, education, energy and renewables, this is an opportunity to influence major infrastructure at scale.

You will own the civils function, setting technical standards, guiding design strategy, and ensuring successful delivery of complex infrastructure schemes. Representing the business at senior client and stakeholder level, you will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while driving innovation, quality, and profitability across projects.

You are degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, with extensive experience in civil and site design, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning. Commercially aware, and confident at board and client level, you combine technical depth with strategic vision.
