The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will be passionate about inspiring young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess creative and stimulating lessons for Year 4 pupils.
Support the personal, social, and academic development of all students.
Promote high standards of behaviour, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance learning experiences.
Monitor and track pupil progress and provide timely feedback.
We Are Looking For:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) with primary teaching experience, ideally at Key Stage 2.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting every child''s learning journey.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creativity, energy, and a love for inspiring children.
