The role is suitable for collaborative individuals with strong ethics and attention to detail.Business UnitThe Controllers group safeguards the firm''s assets by maintaining financial integrity and ensuring profitable and efficient operations. They ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements worldwide. The department interacts with various parts of the firm to gain comprehensive knowledge of Goldman Sachs'' businesses, products, and technology systems. Support is provided to alternative investments within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, including oversight over private funds.Controllers ensure the firm meets all financial control and reporting obligations. They verify financial data, assess valuations, and work closely with business leaders in FICC and Equities.Your ImpactProduct Controllers become experts in their business areas, assessing valuation, profit and loss, and disclosure implications.
