Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the distribution center, including the planning, resource scheduling, and execution supervision of end-point deliveries;2. Build a high-performing team and improve the recruitment, training, and assessment systems;3. Dynamically allocate resources to cope with business fluctuations, ensure service stability, and strictly enforce safety, security, and quality standards and regulations;4. Establish a responsibility-oriented team culture and promote continuous improvement;5. Monitor core operational indicators, formulate improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Job Requirements1. Experience in logistics management, operations management, business administration or related fields;2. At least 3 years of experience in logistics/warehousing operations, with experience in end delivery preferred;3. Capable of managing diverse teams and handling pressure;4. Skilled in data-driven operations, proficient in logistics systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software;5. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills.
