We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join my client''s early years team on a temporary, part-time basis. The successful candidate will work afternoons from Monday to Friday, supporting their early years educators in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their young learners. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.Support children''s social, emotional, and educational development.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.Observe and record children''s progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers. Requirements:Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.Previous experience working with young children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A caring and patient attitude.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
