This is a highly autonomous role suited to an experienced block/HRB professional who is confident managing relationships, chairing meetings, and overseeing compliance and risk across complex developments. You will be the primary point of contact for Directors, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring developments are managed to a high technical and customer service standard.
