Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds£ We''re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants for a school who have maintained a andldquo;Goodandrdquo; rating by Ofsted.

The school have a commitment to academic excellence and student development. You will be brought in to the school to assist with this ethos and help students to excel leaps and bounds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
• Offer individualized attention to students who require extra help
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with secondary school students is preferred
• A passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• Relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus
