Branch Manager
Premier Work Support are recruiting a Branch Manager for a senior leadership role within a fast-paced builders'' merchant/retail environment in West London. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, delivering excellent customer service, and leading and developing a team across all branch functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service in person and by phoneHandle enquiries, orders, complaints, and ensure accurate processing and documentationCoordinate customer orders, deliveries, schedules, and stock managementOversee trade counter operations and ensure smooth daily runningMaintain accurate stock control and support purchasing processesEnsure adequate staffing levels and act as Duty Manager when required (including key holding, opening/closing site)Manage daily admin including tills, banking, and sales reportingProduce and review sales and performance reportsEnsure full Health and Safety compliance across the branchOversee maintenance of premises, plant, and equipmentManage staff wellbeing, attendance, holidays, and sicknessAct as the link between senior management and branch staffHandle staff relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary mattersThe role may include occasional physical stock handling and requires flexibility with working hours.RequirementsStrong leadership and team management experienceExcellent customer service and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environmentIT literate ..... full job details .....
