V7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are looking for a Utilities Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

On offer is a salary of -30,000 plus exciting progression and training opportunities.

Key duties:

  • Coordinate all variety of works across the utilities division in the business
  • Liaise with utility companies, contractors, clients, and internal departments
  • Monitor and track job progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety and regulatory standards
  • Administration duties within the utilities team
  • Payroll duties

Candidate specification:

  • Previous experience in utilities
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project tracking systems
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
