  Salary: Starting from andpound;85 per day

  Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time available

Role Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning challenges.

• 
  

  Assist pupils in accessing tailored curriculums based on their individual EHCPs.

• 
  

  Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to deliver student-focused support.

• 
  

  Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages both emotional and academic growth.

Essential Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience working in an SEN school setting is essential.

• 
  

  Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of supporting students with additional needs.

• 
  

  Confidence in managing challenging behaviours using de-escalation and positive behaviour support strategies.

• 
  

  Proactive and flexible approach to working in a specialised educational environment.
