• OTE of approximately -33,750 with achievable bonus structure
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5.30 pm

Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
• Book vehicle services and MOTs, ensuring accuracy in customer records
• Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop team
• Upsell additional vehicle maintenance and repair services where appropriate
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer queries efficiently and effectively
• Keep detailed and accurate service records
• Support the team in providing a seamless service experience

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment with a positive attitude
• Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional approach and proactive customer service skills
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
