Salary: Up to -15 per hour

We are currently seeking a empathic and humble Night Support Worker to join the team at an Extra Care facility in Surrey. The facility is located on a beautiful and spacious grounds, providing a positive and supportive environment for our residents.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night shift. Your main duties will include assisting residents with personal care, administering medication, and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential

Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and able to work night shifts on a rotational basis

Responsibilities:

Monitor and record any changes in residents' health and behavior

Ensure the safety and security of the facility during the night shift

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members
