Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to book appointments for the external sales team. Generate leads through research using external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM databases). Overcome objections and confidently promote services/products. Plan and manage appointment diaries efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams and support external sales reps. About You: Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service role. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections. Self-motivated and well-organised, with strong time management skills. Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities. Resilient with a positive, proactive attitude.
