This is an opportunity not to be missed!Your new role The position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place. Working from home on Mondays and Fridays. Working hours Monday to Thursday 09.00am until 17.30pm - Friday 09.00am until17.00pm The main purpose of the position is that you will be responsible for the logging and investigation of all new complaints, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
