Site Manager / Project Manager - Permanent or Contract33kV Substation, Cable Installation and Trenching WorksOverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager to support the delivery of a 33kV substation project, including associated cable laying, trenching, and civil infrastructure works.We are open to both permanent and contract candidates and welcome applications from individuals with strong utilities, power, or infrastructure backgrounds.The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate site activities relating to 33kV substation worksOversee cable installation, trenching, ducting, and associated civils packagesEnsure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company and client proceduresManage subcontractors, site teams, plant, and material deliveriesMonitor project progress, programme, and quality standardsLiaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout project deliveryConduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reportingEnsure compliance with NEC contracts and commercial requirements where applicableIdentify and manage project risks and site issues proactivelyRequirements- Proven experience in a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager role - MUST HAVE NG PERSONS- Solid understanding and experience with NEC contracts - Strong commercial awareness and cost ..... full job details .....
