Your Next Job - What You''ll Be Doing
As a Design Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of design coordination on either the Highgate or Epsom scheme
• Lead meetings, manage information flow, and resolve technical challenges
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure buildability
• Monitor and manage design changes and programme impacts
• Support the commercial and delivery teams with accurate, timely information
