I would love to hear from any experienced HR Advisors looking for a new role in the Norwich area.-This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, and due to the nature of the role it is mainly office based in central Norwich.-

As a generalist People Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees, offering expert HR support across the business.

The role:-

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Lead on employee casework and advise on absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary issues
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff inductions
  • Work with the wider People team to help deliver learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Carry out general HR administration as required

The person we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • A proactive attitude to learning and professional development
  • A genuine passion for fostering a positive and people-focused workplace culture
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel-
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a wide range of day-to-day challenges
