HR Business PartnerWidnes 55,000 - 60,000 + Benefits We are partnering with a fast-paced and growing logistics organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support operational leaders across a key UK site in Widnes, with travel to other sites in the region likely.This is a highly visible, hands on HR role where you will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and operational excellence across a large, blue-collar workforce. The RoleAs HR Business Partner, you will work closely with site leadership and operational management to provide proactive HR support in a fast-moving logistics environment. You will play a key role in shaping culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring effective people management across the business.
