Production Operative Location: Littlehampton, East Sussex Salary: £27,750 per year (£13.25 per hour) + Overtime (1.5x) Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm About the Role We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You ll play a key part in producing high-quality cast metal products used across automotive, motorsport, and defence industries.You ll receive structured training across multiple production processes, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career within advanced manufacturing. All services are completed in-house, including machining, finishing, and sub-assembly.The business supplies major automotive manufacturers and produces critical components for defence applications including tanks and warships.
