Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 0190.
THE ROLE:
• Advise clients on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and disciplinary procedures
• Conduct and manage employment tribunal proceedings
• Draft and review employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
• Represent the firm at networking events and help generate new business
• Mentor and support junior team members
ON OFFER:
• A minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience managing your own tribunal claims
• A self-motivated, detail-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a commercial mindset
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
