Your key responsibilities will include but may not be limited to;Providing engineering services to time and budgetDefects analysis of existing buildings and associated report writingInspection and assessment of damaged structures and the preparation of repair schedules and specificationsDevelopment of structural schemes for new build developmentsUndertaking elemental design calculationsPreparing reinforcement detail drawings, bending schedules, and structural steel detailsPreparation of contract documents for structural repair projects and acting as Contract AdministratorCarrying out general administration and issuing of drawingsOn-site survey workInspections of contractors'' work on-siteAssisting in the provision of and/or providing fee ..... full job details .....
