Temporary Complaints InvestigatorBracknell 9:00am - 5:30pm Up to £35,000 (DOE)Temporary RoleWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Complaints Investigator to join their team in Bracknell on a temporary basis.The role will involve managing and investigating customer complaints from initial receipt through to resolution, ensuring fair outcomes in line with company policy, FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.Key Responsibilities:Managing the complaints inbox and ensuring cases are handled within regulatory timescalesInvestigating and resolving complaints in a fair and consistent mannerMaintaining regular communication with customers throughout the investigation processConducting root cause analysis and identifying complaint trendsManaging Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) cases and preparing responsesHandling high reputational risk and third-party complaintsProducing management information and reports to support business improvementsSkills and ExperiencePrevious complaints handling experience within financial services or a regulated environmentKnowledge of Consumer Duty, TCF and DISP regulationsExperience dealing with Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) complaintsStrong communication, analytical and organisational skillsGood Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)If you have complaints handling experience within a regulated environment and are available for a temporary assignment, we would love to hear from you.Apply today or ..... full job details .....
