Full accountability for kitchen operations, including:HandS compliance

Cost of sales (COS)

and

gross profit (GP)

targets

Dish execution using a

recipe matrix

Collaborate closely with the

General Manager

to drive the business forward

What We''re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or above in a busy kitchen

Strong leadership and team development skills

Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented

Knowledge of kitchen financials, HandS, and compliance

A team player who''s ready to take the next step
