We''re Hiring: 2 x Construction Managers - Southern Water Clean Rivers & Seas Programme

We''re working with a leading contractor on the Southern Water framework who are looking for two Construction Managers to oversee and deliver a range of workstreams within the Clean Rivers and Seas Capital Delivery programme.

You''ll be responsible for managing works across:

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance
• Manhole Sealing
• Minor Civils
• Lining Works

Your role will include:

• Overseeing full project lifecycle delivery
• Managing site noticing, compliance, and commercial aspects
• Estimating and quoting for works
• Reporting progress and liaising with clients
• Leading handover and close-out of completed works

What we''re looking for:

• Experience delivering works for Southern Water or similar water utility projects
• Background in capital delivery (ideally clean water or wastewater)
• Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work from the Battle / Hastings office (with site visits as needed)
