We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.
The core responsibility-
The IT support analyst is responsible for providing 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure and daily BAU. Additional IT project work may be required as part of this role. Procurement and liaising with suppliers is also required.
The individual will embrace a culture of continuous improvement within the team and strive to make processes and practices as efficient and effective as possible by constructively challenging "non-value" added activities while still ensuring compliance with Norgine policies/procedures.
This role is a 12 month FTC.

Requirements
The job holder will be responsible for providing proactive IT support on the following key areas:
Undertake Infrastructure IT Service Delivery at the Hengoed MandS siteUndertake application support at the Hengoed MandS siteProvide overall support to all aspects of the IT infrastructure at regional level to ensure maximum uptimeBuild effective relationships with colleagues and the business to ensure effective IT service deliveryAnalyse and propose methods of improving service delivery in local regionsFollow Project methodology for IT technical projects and improvementsTo contribute to and follow all global and local IT processes as required by IT ManagementActively participate in projects as required by IT ManagementActively participate in specific technology areas either locally or globally as required by IT ManagementActively participate in the global organisation initiatives as required by IT ManagementThis role may also include a specialist area such as Desktop, database etcSome out of hours working may be required as part of this roleBecome part of the On Call rota following a period of training
Knowledge and Skills
